COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer MORA2MAE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gemcap-Components products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ferag parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Magnecraft product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gemcap-Components such as the M3901617040P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 52657052656501 manufactured by Ferag and we are pleased to be able to service most Ferag systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 22ARHSX10 by Manufacturer Magnecraft as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eaton Brand DS7342SX100N0N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electromatic such as SM105120 equipment made by Electromatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electromatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electromatic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XTCE115G00A made by Eaton as well as the popular 169PLUS100N125VDC original spares produced by General-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E501B32J3A by Cutler-Hammer and SM105120 spares by Electromatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5882E121B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
